The challenge

Goin App was born in 2018 thanks to a very young and talented team with expertise in dev & tech. The product needed to increase in ease of use, intuitiveness, and coherence in the overall experience.  We work hard to Integrate fast user research and test cycles that will bring user insights before the development sprint. We created a Product Discovery cycle that included: user interviews, competitive studies, concept validation, usability testing, and leveraging insights from customer touch.

 

We were able to make the UX a discipline integrated into the product agile cycles, developers, product owners, the marketing team involved in the user research sessions. 

 

One of the key problems we tackled on that process was to identify new strategic insights for product development. Thanks the the research performed the direction for new features pivoted to help the community to have financial education so they could have tools and mechanisms to save money more effectively.
